This weekend has been a mixed bag of jobs.
It started with me fitting the side repeaters. I have been pondering over where to fit them for more than a year now, but my mind was made up when I saw the XCS Cobra last weekend at Stoneleigh. I wanted to use small side repeaters to try and minimise the visual impact.

Next I fitted the brake fluid reservoir. I need to put a detachable connector on the level sensor harness as the harness rotates when you undo the cap.
This entailed drilling a hole through the steel bulkhead which is always fun.

I then fitted my MSD 6AL unit after I had finished off tidying up the wire harnesses. Made the connection to the coil.
Next was the fitting of the lower rad pipe and hoses after I got the remaining hose clamps I needed. The are actually exhaust clamps but the are beatifully made .... and priced accordingly.
Final job of the day was to cut the hole in the bodywork for the near side exhaust collector. Quite nerve racking in case you make the hole too big.
I now need to decide if I will fit a stainless escutcheon around the pipe or not. Current thinking is yes
