It's been one of those weekends where despite many hours in the garage I have little to show for my efforts.
I've fully bolted the transmission in, filed the chassis to get some clearance to the the propshaft.
Fitted the starter cable and protected it with heat resistant sleeving, peeled loads of plastic off the stainless panelling (takes ages) and fitted the accelerator cable (braided it first)
I've also discovered that my separate bonnet scoop wont work with my air filter, got lots of ideas (slightly thinner K & N filter in conjunction with a new filter top which incorporates a filter, new filter base with greater drop, or a bigger scoop)
I refitted alternator, fitted spark pugs and oil filter.
