I did at long last manage to get the 2 adaptors fitted to the brake master cylinder that connect it to the brake fluid reservoir.
I had tried various ways to get them fitted, g clamps, levers etc but in the end I made up a small press using a U bolt.
All I would say to anyone reading this, fit them before you fit the master cylinder.
I have ordered a cheap pair of long nose mole grips which I will grind the ends down so the just fit below the connector nuts. The joints don't need to be super tight as there is no pressure running through them but they do need to be tighter than they are.
I have bled the clutch which is working fine and about to fill the transmission.
I just need to run some wires from the oil pressure sensors and distributor and then I can fit the transmission tunnel cover.
