I have spent the whole weekend trying to complete the wiring behind the dash except a brief diversion to fit the brake booster vac hose.
For those of you who have followed my blog you will know that I decided to route my vac hose through the bulkhead in order to minimise the amount of hose showing in the engine bay. Having connected the engine to the bulkhead, I needed to connect the rear of the bulkhead to the booster via another hole in the dash behind the clutch master cylinder.

Due to the fact that I have fitted EPAS, I need a 50 amp supply close by to the the column. Having run a heavy duty cable from the battery I thought I would make use of the supply to feed any auxiliaries I might fit so I have fitted a distribution post and a 4 way fuse box.
I have also decided not to fit the fuse box in the engine compartment due to its appearance so I have had to fit it behind the dash. It's position needs to be such that it is accessible but also such that it cannot be seen easily.
Having fitted both to the car I then spent the rest of the time connecting up the various no standard wires I have fitted, extending a number of wires and generally trying to make a neat and safe installation.
It's certainly not finished but I am at least clear in my mind where everything is going to go.
